Direct sow after last frost or in fall for natural cold stratification. To start indoors, cold stratify seeds for 4–6 weeks, then sow 8–10 weeks before last frost. Press seeds onto the soil surface without covering; light is required for germination. Keep consistently moist. Germination may take 10–60 days. Space plants 12–18" apart.
