Cold-hardy Asian green with dark green, spoon-shaped leaves and a mild mustard flavour. Fast-growing and well suited to cool temperatures and short-season northern gardens. Excellent in salads, stir-fries and steamed dishes. Great for spring and fall planting.
Minimum 100 seeds per packet (0.3g)
Direct sow 3β6 weeks before last frost. Plant seeds ΒΌ inch deep, about Β½ inch apart. Thin seedlings to 3β6 inches apart for full-sized plants. For continuous harvests, sow every 2β3 weeks. Baby greens can be harvested earlier, around 30 days.
