Originally collected from the town of San Bernardo, Italy, this plant has the best of both worlds: it's stunningly beautiful and extremely productive! The striking blue colour of the seeds transform at harvest based on growing zones - warmer temperatures produce blue-grey seeds; deep rich cobalt seeds form in my cooler climate. Formerly known as "Nonna Agnes blue bean".
