Impatiens balsamina. , A compact annual that grows 12–24" tall with upright, bushy stems. This mix produces delicate white and pale pink flowers with layered, petal-like blooms nestled among glossy green foliage. The name "Touch-Me-Not" comes from its seed pods, which burst open when touched, scattering seeds for effortless propagation. Blooming from mid-summer to early fall, balsams thrive in shaded garden beds, borders, or containers. Also known as Balsam, Garden Balsam, Touch-Me-Not, or Spotted Snapweed.

Start seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost, pressing them lightly soil. Once frost danger has passed, transplant outdoors in partial to full shade, spacing plants 12–18" apart. Seeds germinate in 10-15 days.
