Achillea millefolium. A medicinal herb with a variety of health benefits (digestion, immunity, headaches, anxiety, inflammation, toothaches). Tight flower clusters atop hairy, lacy, fern-like leaves. Blooms late into October. An excellent pollinator plant. Easy to grow from seed. Frost and drought resistant.

Start indoors 8-10 weeks before planting outside or direct seed in spring as soil is warming. Tamp seeds into soil. Space plants 6-12" apart. Seeds germinate in 5-20 days. Perennials are slow to grow in their first year. Flowers may not appear until year 2.
