Red Winter kale grows to about 24" tall, producing broad, purple-veined leaves resembling oak leaves. This tender salad kale is excellent for both microgreens and mature leaves, offering a continuous year-round harvest. Very cold hardy - its flavor improves when exposed to cooler temperatures.
