Named after its origin city in Manitoba, this sweet fruit is one of the earliest and most productive. The small melons have deep orange fragrant flesh. Great for short season areas.

Start seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before transplanting outdoors, well after last frost, when the weather is warm. Plant seeds 3/4" deep. Transplant to 2' apart in rows 4' apart. Beware of transplant shock. Do not disturb roots when transplanting. Seedlings emerge in 5-10 days.
