An early pepper good for short season climates. These bushy plants are very productive with bountiful small red, squat-like fruit that grow 1.5-2 inches in diameter. Traditionally used for pickling or stuffing.

Sow seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before last spring frost. Plant seeds ¼" deep. Seeds germinate in 7-14 days, but could take up to 21 days. Transplant to garden after danger of last frost has passed. Harden off before planting in the garden. Allow for 1' between plants and 3' between rows.
