Solanum lycopersicum. Heirloom seeds sourced directly from Italy. Very large, dense, meaty fruits with smooth to lightly shouldered shape and rich red color. Heavier and more substantial than many other large heirlooms. Excellent for slicing and fresh eating.

Sow seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before last spring frost. Plant seeds ¼" deep. Seeds emerge in 7-10 days. Transplant to garden after danger of last frost has passed. Harden off tomatoes before planting in the garden. Allow for 1-2' between plants and 3-4' between rows.
