Full sun/Part Shade
Salvia nemorosa. Spiky purple blooms grow 12–24" tall and attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Blooms from late spring through summer. Perfect for borders, cottage gardens, or pollinator gardens. Drought-tolerant and deer-resistant.
50 seeds per packet
Start seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost or direct sow in early spring or late fall. Cold stratify seeds for 30 days before planting for best results. Press seeds lightly into the soil (do not cover) and keep moist until growth appears. Seeds germinate in 10–15 days but have naturally low germination rates. Thin seedlings to 12" apart. Plants may not flower in their first year.
