We offer two premium organic varieties of garlic:
PURPLE-STRIPED
This striking purple-striped hardneck variety is excellent for northern climates. Although the exact variety of this heirloom is unknown, don’t let it’s smaller size fool you! It produces strong, flavourful cloves that have been passed down in my family for decades. Bulbs are packed with 8-12 small to medium sized cloves that store very well. Scapes can also be harvested for cooking. Bulb size: 1.5-2"

MUSIC
Music Garlic is a popular hardneck variety known for its large, easy-to-peel cloves and robust, spicy flavor. It thrives in colder climates, making it an excellent choice for Northern Ontario gardeners. Music garlic is prized for its strong taste, ideal for cooking and preserving, and its long storage life. The plants also produce garlic scapes, which can be harvested for an early-season treat. Bulbs are packed with 3-5 large sized cloves that store very well. Scapes can also be harvested for cooking. Bulb size: 1.5-2"
