Fragaria vesca. Everbearing alpine strawberry from Finland, producing small, intensely sweet, sugary-flavoured red fruits. Compact plants are ideal for borders, containers, and garden beds, with continuous harvests through the season once established.

Start seeds indoors 8–10 weeks before last frost. Surface sow and lightly press seeds into soil—do not cover, as light aids germination. Keep evenly moist and warm. Transplant after danger of frost has passed, spacing plants 8–12″ apart. Seeds germinate in 14–30 days.
