Hundreds of edible vivid blue flowers atop large, fuzzy leaves that are a major bee attractor. The entire plant exudes a beautiful cucumber scent, with a light cucumber flavour in the star shaped flowers, which make a great addition to salads and drinks. Borage is an easy to grow cool season herb with a long harvest period and deer resistance.

Direct sow in garden in Spring. Plant seeds no more than ¼" deep. Thin seedlings to 6-12" apart. Seeds germinate in 5-15 days. Borage has a taproot and does not transplant well.
