Long, broad, upright dark red leaves that bunch together as they mature. Crisp, juicy and sweet, they are an excellent addition to salads and sandwiches. Slow to bolt.
Minimum 0.25g per packet (approx. 260 seeds)
Sow seeds 1/8" deep directly in garden, from April to August, as long as the weather is cool. Seeds germinate in 5-7 days. Thin to 6" for looser leaves, and 12" for larger leaf bunches.
