A great heirloom variety to grow! Sweet with a bit of a kick, although not as spicy as jalapenos. Can be eaten at any stage, but they get hotter as they get redder.

Sow seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before last spring frost. Plant seeds ¼" deep. Seeds germinate in 7-14 days, but could take up to 21 days. Transplant to garden after danger of last frost has passed. Harden off before planting in the garden. Allow for 1' between plants and 3' between rows.
